Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese
    5 Large Eggs
    1/2 Cup Non-fat Milk
    Approximately 23 chopped Asparagus
    Approximately 170 grams chopped Portabella Mushrooms
    Add minced onion and or garlic to taste!

Directions

Place in a glass baking dish and cook for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out dry.

Makes 4 servings!
