Ingredients

    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 serving Trader Joe's Soy and Flaxseed chip Spicy (by BLACKDOVE5)
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    4 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    4 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
    4 tbsp Parsley
    28 gram (Butter) Kerrygold Softer Butter (by KAHOOMA)
    2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    20 oz Albacore Solid White Tuna in water, Trader Joe’s (by STRIVE4BALANCE)
    10 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Chop scallions and reserve some for garnish. Mix all ingredients plus 1.5 TBSP of water, except for EVO and butter. Form into patties, and chill for 1 hr (optional). Heat oil and butter in frying pan on med high heat. Cook patties on both sides until browned and heated through. Serve with lemon wedges, sprinkled scallions......and a Glas of Sauvignon Blanc, If you're willing to add in the extra wine calories (not included in the recipe totals).

Serving Size: Makes 8 2.5 inch patties, .25 inches thick
