    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    0.25 cup green onion (spring onion) (by MONAB17)
    4 oz Johnsonville hot sausage breakfast sausage (by SKIRNIR)
    3.5 serving Dakota's Cajun Style Navy Beans
    7 serving Casa Mamita Fire roasted salsa style tomatoes
    0.5 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50)
    1 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555)
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tsp (C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp (by MDHARVILLE)
    1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil

Tips

serve with avocado and shredded cheddar (not in calorie counts)


Directions

Heat vegetable oil in cast iron skillet. Chop the green onions including green tops and the green peppers. Add to skillet along with the 1/2 lb of hot sausage. Cook until sausage is done and veggies tender. Add spices, tomatoes, and can of Cuban style navy. Mix well, bring to boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer 15 mins until heated through and flavors meld.
