Ingredients

    3.0 large egg yolks
    1.0 dash Pepper, black to taste
    1.0 dash Salt, to taste
    16.0 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    5.3 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    1.5 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp
    1.0 tsp dried mustard

Directions

Make sure eggs are room temperature, melt coconut oil. Put all ingredeients into tall glass jar, in the same order as they are written (eggs first, then vinegar...) . Put immersion blender at bottom of jar and turn on, holding at the bottom for 20 seconds. Then move up and down until all oil is blended. Refrigerate. Lasts up to 2 weeks. Serving Size: 1 tbsp - 30 servings
