Introduction

Ingredients

    10 oz browned ground beef (or turkey)
    1 can Rotel (r) Tomatoes & chilis
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp onion powder
    2 tsp chili powder
    4 c. shredded lettuce
    .25 c. Fat Free Shredded Cheese
    2 TBSP Sour Cream, reduced fat

Directions

1. Brown ground meat in skillet.
2. Add seasonings to the meat. Add the rotel tomatoes and let simmer.
3. Divide the veggies between two bowls and toss well.
4. Top the veggies with the meat mixture after it has simmered a bit.
5. Top with cheese and sour cream.
