Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    3 cups (1 jar) vodka sauce
    3 or so cups of penne pasta
    2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top

Directions

cook ground beef and drain fat. Mix in sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook penne according to box directions; drain. In a casserole dish, put in pasta, then pour meat/sauce mix over top. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and beginning to brown just a bit.
