    2.0 oz Swiss Cheese
    40.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh
    4.0 patty Morningstar Farms Breakfast Patties (original sausage)
    9.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

1. Sautee chooped asparagus in butter 2. Whisk eggs 3. Shred cheese 4. Microwave sausage to defrost. Break up into chunks 5. Mix everything together and put in 8x8 baking dish. 6. Bake at 350 until eggs are cooked (about 20-30 min). Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
