Introduction

This is fantastic with cooked apples over the top or use the marinade for pork tendorloin. This is fantastic with cooked apples over the top or use the marinade for pork tendorloin.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup unpacked brown sugar
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp mexican seasoning (or combine onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano to equal one tbsp)
    1 tbsp orange zest
    Juice from 1/2 orange
    4 tbsp olive oil
    6 thin cut boneless pork chops

Directions

Combine first seven ingredients until thick marinade is formed. Adjust olive oil as needed. Add pork chops and turn to coat. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Place on hot grill set on medium for 5 minutes on each side or until done. Makes 6 - 3 oz servings
