Yummy, easy Crock Pot SOup!! Yummy, easy Crock Pot SOup!!
Number of Servings: 6


    1 can black beans (rinsed)
    1 can kidney beans (rinsed)
    1 can pinto beans (rinsed)
    3 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can yellow corn (rinsed)
    2 packets Taco Seasoning (1 spicy, 1 mild)
    3 chicken breasts cooked and chopped
    1 can chicken broth


Add all ingredients to crockpot. Stir. Cook for 8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. Serve with toppings (if calorie count allows). Suggested toppings - cheese, NF sour cream, salsa,

  • This was very easy to make and the whole family enjoyed it. Almost like chili - great for dinner when the weather gets cool. I took it to work the next day and everyone wanted to try it and have the recipe. - 10/30/08
