Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts
    14 ounces smoked sausage - lo fat
    16 ounces cooked shrimp
    2 cups water
    6 cups tomatoes
    4 cups chicken broth
    1 green pepper, diced
    4 stalks celery, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    10 ounces green, e.g. frozen spinach
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp red pepper
    1 cup brown rice, uncooked

Directions

Cook chicken, veggies, spices, and liquids in stockpot - low heat 3 hours. Add rice, cook another 2 hours. Add sausage and greens for last 30 minutes. Add shrimp right before serving.
