1/4c Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat
1.5 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, reduced fat
Slices of banana
1 tsp Honey
1/4 c almong milk, unsweetened vanilla
Directions
Mix together everything except the banana. Fill remainder of container with sliced bananas. Let sit in refrigerator overnight
