Ingredients

    .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .5 tsp Baking Soda
    40 gram(s) Protein powder, Jillian Michaels whey protein Vanilla (1 scoop)
    12 tbsp Coconut Flour (by CHICKENTENDER)
    2 cup Oats, Quaker
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 tbsp Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave)
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Dried Cherries
    .5 cup, sliced Almonds
    4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)

Tips

i think i made these gluten free by replacing the flour with coconut flour and flax meal.


Directions

bake at 325f for 16-18 minutes until golden.
mix all ingredients together, may be a little dry, add water as necessary. form into balls with icecream scoop and place and press on to cookie sheet.
