Introduction

This is a fabulous dip for chips or to line your tortilla. I live on this stuff! This is a fabulous dip for chips or to line your tortilla. I live on this stuff!

Ingredients

    1- 15 oz can of black beans
    3- roma tomatoes
    1/2 cup white onion, chopped
    1/2 cup green onion, chopped
    2 Tbls minced garlic
    1/4 cup canned or fresh jalapenos
    1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    1/4 cup lime juice or juice from 2 limes
    2 tsp salt
    1 Tbls black pepper or garlic black pepper

Directions

Drain and rinse the black beans. Add beans to a mixing bowl along with chopped onions, jalapeno, garlic and cilantro. Gently mix together. Add salt and pepper and pour lime juice over mixture, stirring to combine. ENJOY. Flavors will blend really well after one day in refrigerator, but can be consummed immediately.

Make 8 - 1/4 cup servings
