Introduction

tasty chicken dish to serve with steamed veggies or salad tasty chicken dish to serve with steamed veggies or salad
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

20 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
9 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste. I use white pepper and a little tony chachere's seasoning.

Tips

season according to your own taste, and i have added juice from the roasted red pepper jar to give it more moisture, just some water or fat free chicken broth would work also, maybe half a cup at most.

Directions

cut onion into strips. cut green pepper into strips. about 1/2 cup roasted sweet red peppers, 8-10 chicken tenders or 4 healthy size chicken breasts cut in to small chunks. put grapeseed oil into non stick skillet and saute onions and green pepper til onions are clear, add chicken pieces. When pieces are cooked almost thru add the Worcestershire sauce and red pepper. continue to saute til chicken is tender and easy to cut thru with spatula or spoon.I don't put it over anything but would be good over brown rice.
