Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 cup, chopped Onion
    1.5 cup, chopped sweet Pepper
    2 clove Garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz) can Black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 oz) Can Butter Beans, Large, rinsed and drained
    1 (15 oz) Can Great Northern Beans rinsed and drained
    3.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    3 cups water
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Heat olive oil in large saucepan over medimu heat and cook onions until soft and translucent. Add sweet pepper and garlic. Cook until pepper is tender, stirring frequently. Add water, beans, tomatoes and cumin, paprika and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
