Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    0.50 tsp Baking Soda
    0.50 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    0.50 cup Granulated Sugar
    2.25 cup Flour, white
    8 serving countryside creamery homestyle spread (aldi)1 Tbsp.
    1 cup Dole - Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice

Tips

You can add maraschino cherries to the mix or some coconut or coconut extract.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Drop onto greased or sprayed cookie pan. Bake at 350 degrees oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes then remove from cookie sheet and cool completely on wax paper or parchment paper.

Serving Size: Makes about 22 2-inch cookies
