Introduction
I saw this recipe by #danispies of #cleananddelicious.com and I tweeted about it then decided since I had the ingredients to try it I would. I also had some Franks Red Hot Sweet Chili (Mild) sauce and if you ever had this stuff you would know its great on everything! So I added it in and that is where the twist and kick come in. Truly delicious and mouthwatering but could be cleaner if I made the BBQ sauce myself. Anyone who knows Dani knows she is all about cooking clean and Delicious! Being on a healthy lifestyle journey I surely appreciate her recipes, the style of her videos and her effort to help you cook clean and delicious. Ingredients
-
20 tbsp BBQ Sauce - Sweet Baby Ray's Original Sauce (by PURPLEPIECAT)
8 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sweet Chili Sauce (by SOOTHINGGLOW)
48 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
Tips
Dani's version is much less in calories and sugars, most likely due to her using her own homemade BBQ sauce (recipe can be found on her website) http://cleananddelicious.com/
She suggests eating it
on 1/2 roasted sweet potato with a little shredded cheese
Eating it on a leaf of romaine a little corn, & black beans.
Or try having it on a whole wheat tortilla with spinach and *Cole slaw chopped onion & cilantro.

Directions
Clean chicken breasts from all fat as best as possible. Lay them down into the very bottom of your slow-cooker spreading them out so they are all touching the bottom. I was able to add 5 large breasts into my 5 quart Slow-Cooker.
Next add i your BBQ Sauce and in my case if you wish for the twist and kick which is not included in Dani's recipe but purely my own desire to make it just a little different then add that as well until you are sure you are coating all the pieces of chicken. Then turn on your slow-cooker to High or Low. If High cook for *3 Hours or Low then *6 Hours (*this is in my slow-cooker) Remove the chicken after cooking, place on a cutting board or on a plate and with two forks shred all your chicken pieces. Return to the slow cooker, stir well into the sauce and cook for an additional 30 Minutes to get those juices incorporated throughout the chicken. Serve and Enjoy!
