Ingredients

    8.0 oz Pink Salmon - Wild Alaskan Salmon Skineless and Boneless Canned
    0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    0.25 cup, crushed Saltine Crackers (Saltines)
    1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat

Tips

I add a splash of hot sauce and some seafood spice.


Directions

Mix and let stand for 5 minutes. Form into four patties. Fry in medium hot skillet a few minutes per side to brown.

Serving Size: Makes four patties approximately 4 inch each. Serving size is 2 patties
