Ingredients

1 Tbsp EVOO
2/3 cp Fat Free Ranch Dressing
1/4 cp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. splenda
black pepper to taste
6 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)
Green Peppers (chunked)
Onions (chunked)
Cherry Tomatoes
Button Mushrooms
Directions
prep time includes marination time.
mix together first 7 ingredients, pour over chicken and cut veggies and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat Grill and spray grate with nonstick grill spray.
Thread skewers with veggies and chicken so that each kabob has 3 chunks of chicken alternating with veggies.
Grill until chicken is no long pink and the juice runs clear.
Serves 4.
