This was a great recipe for left over T-day. We ground and seasoned the left over bird for the sausage and served it with coated and bakes sweet potatos. For an extra treat we added pumkin puree to the regular pancake batter for pumkin pancakes. The entire family enjoy Black Friday as we did TDay - 11/29/09
