Introduction

I love this recipe after a workout....Substantial enough to hold you over for awhile and sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth..Can be eaten as snack, breakfast or dessert. Ingredients

    1/2 C Non-fat cottage cheese
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 TBS Jello S/F F/F instant pudding mix
    1 tsp. vanilla or butter extract
    pinch of cloves (about a 1/4 tsp)

    2-3 Splenda paks or sweetener of your choice.

    splash of skim milk if needed to blend.

Directions

Mix everything except apple together in a blender until smooth.

Put in cup and chill for about 15 mins until it sets (or if you're impatient like me it is good as it is out of the blender.)

Add apple and mix just before eating (to prevent browning of the apples)

(good with other fruits, in a tortilla or with ww. tortilla cinnamon chips.
