Ingredients

    .25 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup
    3 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
    1 tbsp Honey
    2 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
    1 tsp Ginger Root
    2 tsp Garlic
    1 bunch green onion (shallots) chopped
    6 cup Kroger Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
    10 oz Shrimp, raw (frozen, tail off, peeled & deveined pkg @ Kroger)
    2 oz Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted

    3 tbsp chopped Shallots

Directions

Stir together: broth, 1 t Sesame oil, Sriracha, honey and soy set aside. Remainder of oil, warmed medium high in non stick 12 in pan.add the onions, ginger, and garlic in that order and stir fry for about 20 seconds. Add the veggies and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add Shrimp, Add the sauce and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes or until the veggies are tender-crisp and Shrimp are pink. toss with toasted sesame seeds.
