Introduction

This is a very lite a fresh treat. I always want sweets and this satisfys that craving with very little calories. This is a very lite a fresh treat. I always want sweets and this satisfys that craving with very little calories.

Ingredients

    1 4 serving package sugar free peach jello
    1 cup boiling water
    1 large peeled fresh peach
    1 6oz container of lowfat or fat free peach yogut

Directions

Place one (4 serving) package of sugar free peach jello in bowl.
Add one cup of boiling water and mix well.
Add on 6 oz container of lowfat peach yogurt and
mix with wire whip of mixer.
Dice up one large peeled fresh peach and add to
jello mixture gently
Refrigerat overnight.

    Next time I'm adding ginger and cinnamon to the jello.
    I also think a half serving is enough.
