    1 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    1 oz Cheese - Stella Parmesan 1oz (28gm) (by RCKITTY1989)
    2 serving Egg white, large

Directions

Mix dry ingredients coat egg plant in frothy egg white with two tbsp water added n bake 15 min per side
