Ingredients
-
4 Tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
2 cups Soy Fresh Soya Milk, plain
2 Tbsp Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
3 Tbsp Cadbury Drinking Chocolate
10 small ice cubes (approximately 2 cups crushed ice)
Tips
*Ice cubes make the drink cold -- otherwise, the smoothie will be room temperature. Learned this the hard way.
*If you don't tolerate sweetness too well, you could replace the peanut butter with a natural, unsweetened variety.
Directions
Place all ingredients EXCEPT ICE in a heavy-duty blender. Pulse 10-15 seconds until chocolate morsels are broken up. Blend on medium for 10-15 seconds until combined.
Add ice cubes, 3-4 (half cup) at a time, and pulse for 10 seconds. Continue to add ice cubes, 2-3 at a time, until reaching your preferred consistency.
Pour contents into 4 glasses and enjoy!
