Introduction

These Grilled Wings are so crispy that you will think that they are fried! These Grilled Wings are so crispy that you will think that they are fried!

Ingredients

    48 oz Kroger Chicken Wings
    .25 cup Peanut Oil
    1 tbsp kosher salt (by BKNY11216)
    2.0 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50)


Tips

I like to cut my whole wings into drummies and flats and toss the wing tips.


Directions

1. Rinse chicken wings under cold water. Pat chicken wings dry with a clean paper towel to remove moisture.
2. Place wings into a sealable plastic bag and add oil and pepper and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Remove Wings from refrigerator and sprinkle wings with salt.
4. Preheat grill to medium hot, oil the grill and place wings on the grill and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Turn wings over halfway through.
6. Remove and serve with your choice of dipping sauce if desired.
Note: This recipe is for crispy wings. Reduce cooking time if softer skin on wings is desired.
