Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 ˝ cups boiling water
    1 package Idahoan® Loaded Potato Soup Mix
    ⅔-pound of lean ham cut into bite-size cubes or ham shank trimmed of fat
    1 (12-ounce) bottle Michelob® Amber Bock® or Michelob® Lager®
    ˝ cup sour cream
    Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Add 2 ˝ cups boiling water to a slow cooker.
2. Whisk in the Soup mix, add the ham and the Michelob® Amber Bock® or Michelob® Lager®, and stir well.
3. Cover and cook on LOW 7 hours or HIGH 3 hours.
4. Add the sour cream. Stir and cook an additional 15 minutes. Add pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
