Ingredients

    16 oz Ground beef, lean
    2 clove Garlic
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    3.5 cup Bush's Chili Beans
    3.5 serving Del Monte Petite Cut Tomatoes with Green Chilies (1serving=0.5cup)
    3.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    3.5 cup Bush's Best Reduced Sodium - Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 can or bottle (12 fl oz) Regular Beer
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Cumin seed
    1 tsp Paprika

Directions

Brown meat. Add garlic, onion, green pepper. Stir and let cook with meat for a few minutes. Stir in spices. Stir in tomatoes. Stir in beans. Stir in beer. Add water as needed. Simmer 30min-1hr.
