Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp ground allspice
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1/8 tsp ground cloves
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    3 chicken breasts, bone & skin removed
    2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Line 13x9x2 pan with foil & spray lightly
In a bag,combine flour,salt,paprika,allspice,red pepper,cloves & nutmeg.
Cut breasts in half.
Shake chicken in flour mixture.
In 12" non stick skillet heat oil over medium high heat.
Brown chicken turning occasionally about 6 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to prepared pan
Bake uncovered for ten minutes or more on each side or until crispy.
Serve hot.
Good cold too.
Makes 3- 2 piece servings.
