    0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    1.0 tbsp *Flax Seed
    3.0 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
    0.5 cup Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries
    0.5 serving Pure Protein Vanilla Cream
    4.0 oz cocunut water

Directions

Place all ingredients in the blender with ice and blend till smoothe. Add water if needed to make it smoother. Feel free to substitute cottage cheese for Greek yogurt Serving Size:Â 1
