Ingredients

    1 serving Dorine's Yogurt
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    2 tsp Organic Lucuma Powder (by DORIEJH)
    13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    2 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Tips

Could use frozen berries instead of bananas.
Could also add peanut butter -- If you do, be sure to record it.


Directions

1. The night before, place almond milk in smoothie cup. Freeze the bananas.
2. Add chia seeds and let sit in fridge overnight.
3. In the morning, add the yogurt, lumuma, cinnamon to the smoothie cup.
4. Peel the frozen bananas
5. Add frozen bananas to smoothie cup.
6. Process smoothie to your liking.

Serving Size: makes 1 very large serving or 2 smaller servings.
