Ingredients

    3 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked
    4 cup, cubes Rutabagas
    3 tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

Place in pot and add 1/2 c water. Bring to boil. Cook until tender; mash; add butter and mix throughly.

Serving Size: Makes 5 1-cup servings
