Ingredients

    6.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
    2.0 tbsp minced garlic
    3.5 cup diced tomatoes,no salt added
    16.8 oz sirloin petite steak
    3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    42.0 gram(s) McCormick Beef Stew seasoning mix
    1.0 cup Great value tomato sauce, no salt
    0.5 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen

Directions

Combine all raw veggies, minced garic,canned tomatoes, cubed steak, and water in slow cooker.Cook on high for 4 hrs.Spoon out 1/2 cup of liquid from slow-cooker,mix with stew seasoning. Add mixture to slow-cooker,add frozen veggies.Cook 2 more hours or until frozen veggies are done.
