    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices and chopped
    Salt, 1 dash
    3/4 cup water.
    dry mint dash for garnish.

Directions

Chop cucumbers and add to yogurt ans salt whip until smooth add cold water about 3/4 cup mix it all together, pour in to small bowls, top with a little dry mint.
