Ingredients

0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh
1 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin
1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
1 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
1.Add 1 cup of water in a small pot or bowl, then add oats, place in microwave or heat on the stove for 2 minutes.
2.Add slice apple and banana in a separate bowl.
3.sweetened with milk and sugar then add banana,apple cinnamon on top.
Serving Size: 1/2 cooked cup
