Ingredients

    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Tbsp Water
    1/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa Natural unsweetened
    1 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder
    2 Tbsps or 30.5 grams Great Value Unsweetened Applesauce
    227 gram(s) Amport Foods Chopped Dates
    1 tbsp Pampa Instant Coffee
    425 grams=1 small can drained and rinsed Bushes Reduced Sodium Black beans
    4 Marketside Cage Free large brown eggs

Directions

Preheat oven 350. Spray a non-stick 8X8 baking pan with non-stick spray. Drain and rinse black beans very well. Mix eggs, cocoa powder, instant coffee, 1 TBsp water, 2 TBsps unsweetened applesauce, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp vanilla extract in blender or food processor until combined, then add the beans and mix very well. Then add chopped dates and blend well again. Pour in prepared pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and even out the top. Bake 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
