    8 lean bone-in pork chops
    1 cup Ketchup, Heinz
    1/2 cup Great Value Light Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 Onion, sliced
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Salt


Season each pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup and water and stir it up real well.
Place the pork chops in a large baking dish and cover them with the ketchup mixture. Add onion slices to the top of each pork chop.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Baste pork chops halfway through cooking.
