Ingredients

    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    0.50 cup Quattro Formaggio, Trader Joes 4 Cheese 1 qtr cup
    0.66 cup Trader Joe's Frozen Petite Peas
    1 tsp Dried Thyme
    1 serving Trader Joe's Free Range Chicken Broth (1cup/240mL)
    4 oz Smithfield ANytime Favorites Hickory Smoked Boneless Ham Steak (1 serving = 3 oz, /84 g)
    2 serving Barilla Farfalle (BowTie) pasta (2 oz. / 56gr)

Directions

Cook bowtie pasta according to direction on box.

While pasta is cooking:

Place frozen peas in a heat-proof colander in a clean sink.

Cut ham into roughly 1/4 inch cubes.

Combine onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, chicken broth, and olive oil in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring once or twice. Turn off heat.

When pasta is done, pour the boiling water and pasta into the colander with the frozen peas. Return pasta and peas to the pot and add ham. Pour chicken broth over it all and toss well. Ladle into bowls and top with quattro formaggio.

Serving Size: 2 large servings or 3 smaller ones
