    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1.0 cup, sliced Onions, raw
    0.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    Cumin
    Salt and pepper

    Sautee onion and peppers. add beans and rice and spices. Stir add water heat on low.
