Directions

crumble the beef into a large bowl. Place the bread in food processor, pulse until fine crumbs form. Dump over the meat. place the onions in the bowl, add mushrooms, and eggs. pulse until evenly minced. pour over the meat, and mix with your hands. Do not compact. Scoop out with a one ounce food scoop, (a cookie scoop works). If you do ot have a scoop, make balls the size of a large walnut. Place on a baking pan with a rim. separating them by about 1/2 inch, Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, Use however. An average serving is 3 or 4 meatballs.
