Ingredients

5 Tina's Bean and Cheese Burritos (frozen)
1 1/2 cups Las Palmas Enchilada Sauce--Mild/Templado
3 cups Sunnyside Farms Shredded Cheddar Jack
Optional toppings: avocado slices, sliced green onion, sliced black olives, sour cream

Tips

Directions
Preheat oven to 375* F.
Measure enchilada sauce into a shallow glass 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Place five frozen burritos in the dish and put the other 3 in a quart freezer bag and put in the freezer. Sprinkle 3 cups of cheese over the casserole.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until burritos are heated through and cheese has melted. Serve with toppings as desired.
