    c broccoli
    c green pepper
    c red bell pepper
    c yellow bell pepper
    c onion
    c carrots
    c mango
    c papaya
    c pineapple
    4 oz whole wheat rotini pasta

Directions

Cook Pasta
Grill tuna
Blanch broccoli
Chop vegetables and fruit
Flake tuna
Mix all ingredients
Add dressing
Add Salt and pepper to taste
