Ingredients

    32 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    3.5 serving Wright Thick Cut Bacon (2 slices)
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream
    .125 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    4 oz Cheese, Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese (Yellow & White)
    1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    3 tsp Bacon grease
    0.33 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste

Directions

1. Bake or fry bacon until desired crispness. Reserve grease.
2. Brown beef with diced onion in a skillet. Add crumbled bacon.
3. In a separate bowl mix eggs, cream, tomato paste, bacon grease, and shredded cheese. Combine with meat mixture.
4. Press into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with thin slices of cheddar.
5. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
