Ingredients

2- 1lb packages of ground chicken browned
2 tsp Olive Oil
1- 8oz package of baby bella mushrooms diced
7 Mini Sweet Bell Peppers diced
28 oz canned tomato, crushed, 28oz
28 oz can diced tomato
15 oz can of cannelini bean drained
1 32 oz container Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
2 tsp Garlic minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp cayenne
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Tips
You can use ground turkey or ground beef instead of chicken.You can also add onion. You will have to recalculate for calorie count
Directions
In a large stock pot, brown ground chicken on med heat. when done remove from pot.
Add to pot 2 tsp of olive oil and add baby bellas and sweet bell peppers. Saute about 2 minutes.
Add minced gaarlic , saute for about 2 more minutes.
Add cooked chicken back to pot and add the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat after it boils to med-low and let cook for about an hour.
Taste and adjust spices as desired. Can add garlic powder for a more intense flavor.
