Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
    .5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
    2 tbsp Fish Sauce
    2 tbsp Cilantro, raw
    4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    .5 tbsp Lemon grass (citronella), fresh
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Ginger Root
    1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Grate the ginger ans garlic fine. Mix all ingredients together, except for the oil. Make 20 meatballs and fry in the olive oil.

Dipping Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
2 scallions finely diced
1 tsp finely chopped cilantro
1 tsp grated ginger
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 small chili pepper. de-seeded and finely chopped.

Serving Size: Makes 20 meat meatballs or 5 per serving
