Ingredients

    1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

    1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved (about 2 pounds)



Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. Mix cheese, salad dressing mix and garlic powder. Moisten chicken with water; coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (170 degrees Farenheit)

Jazz it up:
For a golden appearnace, after chicken is cooked through set oven to Broil. Place 6 inches from heat source. Broil 2 to 4 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown.

    My DH and I love this chicken. I cook it on the George Foreman grill. It turns out really crispy and yummy. I won't open it until I think it's done. Like 8-10 minutes because some of the Parmesan coating will stick to the grill if it's to soon. I also cook Tilapia with the same recipe. YUMMY!!! - 7/20/11

    Never made baked chix before and this was good . Moist and I was very worried it'd be dry. I did add panko crumbs, a little more garlic, little more parsley,a little more cheese, a dash of red pepper, then brushed chix breasts with oil before dredging them in crumb mixture. Really good! - 1/2/13
