My DH and I love this chicken. I cook it on the George Foreman grill. It turns out really crispy and yummy. I won't open it until I think it's done. Like 8-10 minutes because some of the Parmesan coating will stick to the grill if it's to soon. I also cook Tilapia with the same recipe. YUMMY!!! - 7/20/11

  • Never made baked chix before and this was good . Moist and I was very worried it'd be dry. I did add panko crumbs, a little more garlic, little more parsley,a little more cheese, a dash of red pepper, then brushed chix breasts with oil before dredging them in crumb mixture. Really good! - 1/2/13

  • This recipe is very good! Pan frying it with a tablespoon of olive oil gives it even extra flavor. It obviously adds some calories, but it's still a healthy meal. - 5/1/10
