Ingredients

    3.75 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    1.0 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C)
    2.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    0.75 cup Lentils
    1.0 pepper Hot Chili Peppers
    Water to cover 1 inch over grains in rice cooker

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in rice cooker. Rinse and drain 16 oz can of chickpeas, garbanzo beans, and mix into dry ingredients. Add water to cover mixture 1 inch. Set rice cooker to brown rice setting. Fluff cooked rice and beans with edge of non-scratching spoon. Season individual servings or batches to taste. I recommend: furikake, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, kimchee or other strong flavors. Makes great burrito's. Note: furikake is a seaweed based Asian rice seasoning
