Introduction

Ingredients

    1.0 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    1.0 clove Garlic
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 can Canned Tomatoes
    0.75 cup Spinach, frozen
    0.75 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    6.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    8.0 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium

Directions

Brown ground turkey with some onions and garluc. Chop cabbage into smallish pieces. Put canned tomatoes, v8, spinach, seasoning veggies and some Tony Chachere's creole seasoning in a blender and puree. Spray cooking spray into cake baking dish. Place cabbage at bottom, then add browned turkey, then pour puree on top. Cover with foil. Bake a 350 for about an hour. Enjoy. Serving Size: Makes about 6 servings I guess
