    4 cup Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g
    1.5 cup Peas, canned
    1.5 cup Del Monte Cut Green Beans
    375 serving Heinz Chili Style Pinto/Kidney Bean Mix (per 125 ml) (by MELANDJER)
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 serving coriander
    .333 tbsp Cilantro, dried
    1 tsp Jane's Krazy Mixed Up Pepper (by NADS1959)
    1 tbsp ground Tumeric (by LESLIEB33)
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    16 oz Beef chuck
    3 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw

Tips

the longer you simmer the better it is.


Directions

cube beef brown in frying pan that is coated with pam. add chopped onion and celery cook until onion is transparent. remove from heat in 5 quart kettle add rest of ingredients. add beef onion and celery. bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
