    3 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    3 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
    2 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Honey
    .333 tbsp Fish Sauce
    1 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
    6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded


Quick and easy.


1.To make peanut sauce: Mince and mash 2 cloves of garlic to a paste. Combine garlic, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, fish sauce, and sriracha sauce and whisk until smooth.
2. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces
3. Add peanut sauce and cut up chicken to broccoli slaw and stir together.

Serving Size: makes about 4 1-cup servings
